For future posts, would you consider some real life examples on annotated charts of how you applied your trading rules (entries and exits)? I think that would be helpful. Thanks.

Nice build on your perspective from last week’s contribution on TTRH. Appreciated the sum up of your SA filters and a high level overview of your trade management strategy.

Awesome write up as always guy! Really well summarized. One quick question…..when you say you set you pr stop loss at .5-2%, you mean on that stock right? Not your entire account? For EP’s I usually get in quick enough to risk low of day. 15m candle might be too wide a stop. X

Many thanks! That’s right. Sometimes stops will even be 3% if it’s a a higher ADR name.

Nicely done!

When a stock gaps down below your entry price (stock had an insignificant cushion), what s your decision and what criteria do you use to guide that decision?

It largely depends on current exposure, portfolio cushion and how things are going. If my stop isn’t hit, il do nothing.

If price gaps below my stop, il sometimes give the stock a chance to bounce/ recover with a 5 or 10 minute range.

I’m new and have a quick question. When you say you don’t carry red stock overnight night, does that mean just day one or if it goes into a loss anytime soon..Thanks.

Hello Mike,

I won’t carry a stock that’s negative overnight unless I have lots of open cushion in other portfolio names, seen lots of recent traction, or let’s say I am coming back to the market from a cash position and am trading much smaller size. Cheers.
